Cynthia Overgard is the founder of HypnoBirthing of Connecticut, LLC, a holistic prenatal center in Westport, offering classes, workshops and support for pregnancy, childbirth and parenting. Cynthia left her corporate career behind after water-birthing her own babies using HypnoBirthing.
Cynthia has been published internationally multiple times, and in 2011 was named the "expert" in HypnoBirthing childbirth education by the International Maternity Institute.
