What People Are Saying…
“The breastfeeding workshop was extremely beneficial to my future as a mother. It empowered confidence in my ability to care for my baby after his birth. Throughout my pregnancy I had questions that challenged my desire to breastfeed. Rhonda not only answered them, she covered others I had not thought of and separated myth from reality. I was also heartened by the women in attendance, which included seasoned breastfeeding moms and those expecting their first child. The environment created was one of inspiration, support, and respect which cannot be matched elsewhere. As a soon-to-be first time mom, I look forward to breastfeeding with a new sense of excitement and trust in my body, and reassurance that solutions exist should I come across difficulties. I am so happy Trust Breastfeeding is available to HypnoBirthing of CT moms. Thank you Rhonda for your invaluable knowledge and Cynthia for your continued dedication to women desiring a beautiful birth experience and life beyond pregnancy!” - Zina Aghdasi, Stamford CT
“I attended the Trust Breastfeeding Workshop as an experienced nursing mother. Even after more than two years of breastfeeeding my children, I left the workshop with new information. Rhonda provided an extremely well-rounded course including proper latch, the physiology of breastfeeding, our legal rights as women and more. She presented the material in a clear, concise, but warm manner. It is clear that she is not only passionate about the topic, but extremely knowledgeable.” - Rachel Beninati, Stamford CT
“I feel so lucky and fortunate to have had the opportunity to participate in the Trust Breastfeeding workshop with Rhonda and Cynthia. I highly recommend all mothers attend to this workshop and learn more about the importance and the benefits of breastfeeding as well as the myths surrounding it. Rhonda’s presentation was lively, research-based, and informative. The binder of materials to take home was a bonus to refresh our minds with information that we learned and the food, as always, was delicious. I came home inspired and empowered to breastfeed my baby even more and for even longer. Thanks for the great afternoon.” – Raquel Zapf, Wilton CT
“I had the pleasure of attending the Trust Breastfeeding workshop held at Hypnobirthing of CT. The first thing I want to say is WOW! What a wonderful experience. Cynthia and Rhonda had every detail perfectly executed from the atmosphere to the lunch to the beautiful handouts to go along with Rhonda’s stellar presentation. As a first time pregnant mom I found it incredibly helpful to be surrounded by a group of pregnant women and moms (both seasoned and new). Rhonda was friendly, approachable and incredibly knowledgable and was able to answer the many questions our group asked her. As a birth doula in Stamford, I am thrilled to have Rhonda as a resource to refer my clients to should they have any questions or concerns regarding breastfeeding. I can most assuredly say that I’ll be attendance at any follow-up workshops offered by this incredible duo.”
- Ashley Ortelli, Stamford CT
“I had the wonderful pleasure of attending The Trust Breastfeeding workshop with Rhonda and Cynthia! I am about to become a new mommy any week now and I feel so much more empowered and confident after attending this amazing workshop. Rhonda’s knowledge and presentation were outstanding. I came out of that workshop feeling more prepared than I ever could have imagined. Thank you Cynthia for being so passionate and dedicated; you have made such an impact on both me and my husband. I feel so very fortunate to have had this experience!” - Elizabeth Sucic, Greenwich CT
“Cynthia, the breastfeeding workshop was awesome! There was so much valuable information. The food was delicious once again, and the materials in the binder are very helpful. I had not expected to get a binder to take home, so that was a bonus. The workshop was definitely the right combination of professional and casual, too. My mom was so impressed with everything and thought you were an amazing woman who is very passionate about her work and I totally agree.” – Cassen Brunetti, Fairfield CT
“This was a fabulous workshop, I am so glad that I went, the information was invaluable, To know that I have more breastfeeding knowledge than the average pediatrician is very empowering. I have heard so many stories about breastfeeding – I feel like I finally got the facts from an expert. I am so confident in my ability to give my baby what she needs. I left proclaiming ‘breast milk is magic!’. I had no idea that most practices get their growth charts from formula companies, skewing the averages, or that a newborn’s stomach is about the size of my pinky fingernail for the first three days of life, and by day five, it is only as big as a thumbnail. I think this class is a must for anyone wanting to breastfeed. Thank you so much!” - Katy Fritz, Brewster NY
“Gregg and I wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you for all of the insight, education and resources you have provided to us. We both feel like we learned so much from you and are informed about what questions to ask, why we should be asking and what to do if we are not comfortable with the answers that we receive. Your recommendations of books, chiropractors, birthing options, doulas, food choices, etc. have already been so helpful. The breastfeeding class was just one more area that I walked away from feeling informed and empowered. Rhonda’s passion and research-backed information will be, I’m sure, invaluable. That, coupled with our prior view of breastfeeding (I never considered anything else) is amazing. Not only do my instincts prove true again, but there is scientific research that supports it! Thank you again. We will let you know when our little bundle of love arrives. I am so enjoying being pregnant, but find myself wanting to meet this little miracle inside of me more and more each day.” – Heidi Pauletti, Greenwich CT
I took the breast feeding workshop with Dr. Trust hoping to supplement the research I’ve already done. I’ve listened and read for more than 200 hours – I never dreamed I would be taking notes during this class. One of the first things that shocked me was that I might not need a breastfeeding pillow. Which makes complete sense- millions of years ago, we didn’t have the luxury of the Boppy or My Brest Friend. We were given the latest information of milk storage and I know to pay attention for changes in the future. It was very encouraging to see the actual size of the baby’s stomach at birth – the size of a marble! I left completely confident! No only will I be able to produce enough milk to fill a marble, but I know what I’m looking for when it comes to correct latch and possible obstacles. Not only did this class exceed my expectations but it filled me with confidence which I’ve found to be the basis of all Cynthia’s classes. The materials we were given have already been put to use and we’ve started sharing our knowledge with other new parents. - Jamie Graham Lucca, Norwalk CT
“Cynthia, What a great day! Rhonda was informative and fun. I thought the luncheon was so well done, too. I have to say, I think you are such a wonderful soul! I am so grateful that our paths have crossed. With love, Kristin” - Kristen Haas, Woodbridge CT
