Our professional studio is conveniently located in the heart of beautiful Westport, Connecticut, at 420 Post Road West, across from Whole Foods.  You will find our name on the front and rear entrances when you arrive, and you’ll always find ample parking.

Once inside our pristine, 1,100 sf completely-renovated studio, you’ll see why our couples view the space as a sanctuary.  Through large windows you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of trees and sky, while you sit in the comfort of our brandnew couches and seating, enjoying snacks from the food table.

When it’s time for our videos, couples can sit back and enjoy their snacks with theatre-like viewing on our 55 inch flat-screen plasma TV and professional speaker system.

Dining Alcove

Our back room features items of interest to our pregnant mamas, in addition to our “dining table”, where you will always find an array of snacks and refreshments during every class from the moment you arrive.  Here you will always find a selection of various organic fruits and finger foods, as well as chocolate and home-baked goods.

Lending Library

HBCT offers all expecting moms and dads access to our comprehensive lending library, where you can borrow any of more than 200 resources on childbirth, greening your home, nutrition, breastfeeding, newborn care, vaccinations, sleep habits, nutrition — even baby names.  We also offer documentaries on pregnancy, vaccinations and childhood health, plus prenatal yoga and prenatal Pilates exercise DVDs.
