The Birthing Gown corporate policy is that gowns are refundable if there is a defect in the fabric or if you are shipped a color other than that which you ordered.  HypnoBirthing of CT will refund your gown if you are not completely satisfied, provided it is returned with tags in new condition.  A 10% restocking fee applies and shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  For refunds, contact info@HypnoBirthingCT.com.
